Import Declarations

Goods entering the UK — declared correctly the first time

We prepare and submit your import declaration on the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) for goods entering the United Kingdom. The work covers commodity code classification, customs valuation, duty and VAT calculation, preference claims where applicable, and electronic filing to HMRC.

We handle all entry methods — pre-lodged road declarations for RoRo ports such as Dover, inventory-linked declarations for deep-sea ports, and air freight entries. If the goods need a deferment account, a Postponed VAT Accounting setup, or special procedures such as inward processing, we set that up correctly so you do not pay duty you do not owe.

How It Works

  1. 1Send commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and EORI
  2. 2We classify, value and calculate duty and VAT
  3. 3Declaration filed to CDS, MRN issued
  4. 4Goods cleared — release and any duty paid notified
